Heat Transfer Terms and Conditions
Not every product can be printed, because the heat processes might not give the best results, owing to the make up of the product.
As this technology is constantly being improved, its applications have expanded to over hundreds of product lines. These include: apparel¡Bbags¡Bhats¡Bpillows¡Bceramic tiles¡Bmouse pads¡Bcoasters¡Bsuspension calendars¡Bbanners…etc.
Chyau-fu’s specialization in heat transfer technology and digital printing continues to bring unique services to every client.
What is heat transfer printing?
Heat transfer printing is an advanced method of transferring a desired pattern via heat onto a substrate. The substrate choice covers a board range; such as paper, plastic, cloth and many others. The method is achieved by laying a specially formulated heat transfer printing ink onto the carrier paper, and then to press the carrier paper that houses the ink onto the image, to the end substrate where heat is applied.
As the ink transfers directly into the fiber of fabric, the fabric remains feeling soft of which color fastness is equal to that of fabric dye but with the added advantage of color saturation which is even more vivid and rich. Polyester fabric is primarily used for digital printing, of which white fabric is more suitable as it reduces the problem of color difference.
